Metcon
The class will split into two even-ish teams. One person from each team will start on the sled and complete their round. As soon as the sled becomes available the next person from the team may begin their round. It is okay to lap the person in front of you. The team does not have to maintain any particular order of athletes. Count your own rounds completed. At the end of 25 minutes the score for the team is the total number of rounds completed by everyone.
