Today’s a rather fun Sunday, folks! Nothin’ better than deadlifts and burpees. So establish that heavy 5-3-1, then jump into that metcon, and whatever you do, just keep moving. Good news is you end with the lowest reps as opposed to the biggest. So that 3 is the last effort sprint, then done. Woo!
