Here’s the challenge for today: make the first round the absolute slowest. Maybe even throttle back WAY more than you want to, making it feel like it was way too easy. Then you commit to that time. You make it your slowest and keep it that way. No falling off on the fourth round, no questioning whether you can finish it or not. Commit to your slowest time out the gate, then follow through for the next four. Yippee for intervals, because this is where progress is made.
