For today, have in mind what your goal is for each round. For some of us, it helps to have a target time for each round. For others, it’s having a target time for each movement. So you could say your target goal I 5 minutes a round, or you could say 1:30 for the jumprope, 1:30 for the Air Squats, and 2:00 for the row. Whatever it may be, it helps to have that internal goal to keep us pushing in the capacity we can handle. So pick a goal, achieve it.
