Coordination = The ability to combine several distinct movement patterns into a singular distinct movement. Here is the first of the 4 purely neurological skills we seek to develop. This skill is especially developed through our practice of more complex weightlifting movements like the clean and jerk and the snatch, as well as certain gymnastics movements like the muscle up. Also the double under. Many fitness programs in recent times have shied away from movements that both demand and develop this skill. We embrace them whole-heartedly!
