For those of you who don’t know already, Open Gym is from 8:00am – 12:30pm today, so if you’ve got some extra time, come on in and get your sweat on! A simple yet effective workout, the idea today is to find a pace, and just settle in. Nothing crazy, nothing complicated, just simple row, squat and pull. Happy Friday!
