The question is: unbroken? If we’re fresh, yes, these movements are ideally unbroken. However, under fatigue these may break down into 2-3 sets. If you know you’d take more than 3 sets under fatigue, bring down the weight. If that’s too much, consider reducing the amount of reps. During the workout, just keep moving. There shouldn’t be a point where you’re taking more than 10-15 seconds of rest. 4 movements, 18 minutes, easy . . . Kind of.
