A repeat from August 29th, 2018. The difficult part about this workout is that there are a lot of transitions. You don’t spend long on any one movement, which makes going unbroken a little easier, but the pace therein will induce a higher heart rate which makes it more difficult to make the transitions fast. So that being said, once you’re done with one movement, move as quickly as you can to the next movement and rest WITHIN said movement. Don’t get too caught up in resting today, folks. 18 minutes and THEN we rest.
