Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
The challenge for today: see if you can get both bikes to be within 15 seconds of each other, whether slower or faster. That kind of mindset will allow you to put a sort of “speed limit” as it were on that first bike in order to make it replicable. As for the movements sandwiched between the bike, the idea is slow is smooth, smooth is fast. On the clean and jerks, one side gets to rest while the other works, so keep that mindset positive. Good ol’ Mondays, nothin’ better!!
