We don’t bench often, but when we do, it’s always awesome.
I’m a friggin poet.
Today, the focus is primarily on those push-ups during the AMRAP. Which means the bench press is a way to focus on that exact pressing technique that quite often we lose when we get tired. So use the initial weightlifting portion to both relish in the fact that it’s bench press, as well as focus on that form in preparation for those push-ups. As for the jumprope and toes-to-bar, pick a pace and hold onto it. The push-ups will be the ultimate deciding factor for today.
