Our favorite kind of workout! Intervals! Similar to the past couple interval workouts we’ve done, this time around there’s a good chance our bodies know just how much this one’s going to hurt. Therefore, declare that first round your slowest, and as best you can, stick to that decision. The pace should be slightly outside that comfort zone, but still somewhere close, and thereby more attainable in later rounds. Pace it well, don’t let go and push through.
