Reps stay the same, weight decreases throughout the 3 AMRAPs. Which means the goal is to improve each round, making the decision on weights and calories all the more important. If the weight is too heavy or the calorie count too high, the stimulus is too low. If done right, there should be about 90 seconds spent on the row, 90 seconds spent on the cleans, and about a minute on the burpees. As a heads up, we have done this workout once before, on July 20th. So if you’re hoping to do better today, take a look at the whiteboard on July 20th, 2018 and see if you can beat your score. Your legs are gonna hurt, but they’re gonna look gooooood.
