Today’s pace is a very simple, slow and smooth one. The only real challenge of heart rate today lies in the bike. Which means, use the sit-ups and pull-ups as the breaks for your breath WHILE you’re working, then try and push the pace on the bike more than you might normally. Today’s rather low impact, which is a great one to do if you’re dead-tired from the week and you’re ready just to move. Just moving through it today errybody, just moving through.
