A benchmark workout to celebrate this fine Thursday! As a reminder, with any benchmark workout, all 3 pathways share the same “Rx.” What that does not mean is try your hardest to Rx and then hurt yourself. A great scale for the deadlift is obviously to lower the weight and when it comes to handstand push-ups, Dumbbell Strict Press is a great option to replicate the idea of overhead pressing. So let’s have some fun today, and yay for Diane!!!
