Deadlifts on a Tuesday then a quick AMRAP to finish it out. For the purpose of this week, the recommendation is to simply go for a set of 5 on the deadlifts that makes the 9 during the workout feel light. If you want to, go for that PR, but otherwise, keep it moderate so you can still function the rest of the week. During that metcon, try and keep the first movement unbroken, slow and smooth through the second, then recover a little on the rope. Only 12 minutes, folks! Lezz get it.
