Warm-up

A: Warm-up (No Measure)

3 Rounds

20 meter bear crawl

20 Jumping jacks

B: Warm-up (No Measure)

Clean and Jerk

10 reps @ 25% 1 RM

7 reps @ 50%

5 reps @ 60%

3 reps @ 70%

2 reps @ 75%

2 reps @ 80%

Weightlifting

Clean and Jerk (2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2)

Try to increase weight with each set.

Only touch and go allowed.
