Very different kind of workout today, but a very, VERY fun one. The good news is the movements are simple, plus you and the whole class are on the same team! With the way it works, the next movement isn’t announced until the last person finishes the current movement. So sprinting then resting IS an option, but what will last longer is going nice and easy through each movement, then right into the one that’s announced next. Definitely make it in for this one folks, it’s a fun one. And also, happy Free Class Friday!!
