A very rare strength portion today with the weighted strict pull-up. If you’re good at strict pull-ups, today we get to see just HOW good you are. The key is to resist the temptation to do the kip we often see when we have too much resistance. We’ll have a little more time to spend on that, and then we’re finishing with a race to the death (see what I did there?) The biggest thing about bike and burpees: it ain’t gonna hurt more than it already does, you’ve just got to go into your pain cave, close your eyes and imagine flowers and stuff. Good luck.
