21 Abmat Situps
14 Medicine Ball Jump Squats @ 20/14#
7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Deadlifts
First round ends with 7 deadlifts. Second round ends with 6 deadlifts and so on until the final round which ends with 1 deadlift.
The score for each round is the weight lifted.
You may choose to increase the load each round or keep the same weight for each round. Choose weights that are challenging, but still allow for unbroken sets.
