Today’s volume can be deceiving. At the end of this, 84 deadlifts, 600 feet of walking lunges, and 36 strict handstand pushups will have been finished. That means there in the middle you may or may not question all your life decisions. So, break it up early to where you think you can hold onto that rep scheme across all 4 of the rounds. Scale the handstand push-ups to something that will be challenging throughout, but doable. Break it up early. Too hot out the gate means singles later on which takes away from that consistency. Stay strong and keep moving.
