This is a high volume of near maximum load deadlifts. Because the sets are being performed on a timer, the intensity is even higher than normal. Use the warm up to determine how heavy you should lift. An ideal weight would be a load you can definitely do for a set of 3-5 when fresh.

use 90% 1RM for all sets. Perform a touch and go set every 90 seconds
