Ideally, this workout should take somewhere between the 16 and 22 minute mark. What that means is, pace the bike and sit-ups well. The kettlebell swings will be tempting to break up, but remember, you’re only on them once, then you’re right back to sit-ups and bike. Therefore, pace the bike and abmat, push the kettlebell.
