25# plate x2

20# MB x1

-THEN- 3 Rounds

15 Deadlift @ 135/95

12 Wallballs @ 10/9′ w 20/14#

9 Hang power cleans @ 95/65

-THEN-

400 meter carry all together
Each person works on a different exercise until all reps in the set are completed, then rotate and continue until everybody has completed 3 rounds of each exercise.
