Ok so maybe as humans we don’t do situps nearly as frequently as we do squats in day to day activities. But we do a lot of activities that demand midline stabilization, and the situp, when done correctly, is an excellent exercise for training that ability.


Warm-up (No Measure)

30 sec. samson stretch

250 meter row

30 sec. couch stretch

1 Min. double unders

30 sec. straddle stretch

20 Wallballs

30 sec. Bretzel stretch
