Today is about moving well enough so that the handstand push-ups/strict presses don’t kill you by the time you’re done with round 1. In essence, expect those wallballs to get tough. And for the farmer’s carry to become excruciating. But as much as you can, don’t go to failure on that strict press or handstand push-up. Find that maintainable pace, and hold onto it. Big, big breaths, and just keep moving.
