Try something new today. Often times we approach every workout the same way and either always get the same result (whether successful or disappointing or both) or we are okay with it but we know there’s untapped potential. Today, If your approach has always been to break into tiny sets, break it into big sets. And vice versa. If you always come out flaming and get as much work done as you can in the first 5 minutes, take it down a notch and stop 3-5 reps shy of failure every time. Do something different and see what happens. You may hate it, you may love it, but that’s the exciting part. You never know what may work for you and you won’t until you try. That bar should be doable for 15 reps when fresh, with the toes-to-bar also unbroken if fresh. Scale accordingly and try something new.
