On it’s own, 1,500 meters, not that bad! 30 deadlifts for time, ain’t nothin’ but a peanut! 45 lateral burpees, piece of cake. Put them all together, and you’re in for a lil bit of a DOOZY. The toughest part about this workout will most likely be the 45 burpees at the end. With that in mind, try to imagine how hard you’ll be breathing by the end, and conserve some oxygen on that row. It doesn’t have to be fast. Especially with anything mono structural, slow progress is still progress. Let’s have some fun and let’s get some BURPEES!!!
