I started my CrossFit journey in 2012 after my twin sister told me how fun it was. At that time I was a 35 year old mother of two struggling with my fitness, or lack there of. I was overweight and unhappy. I had tried running, gym memberships, P90x…everything! None of those kept my interest or gave me the results I was looking for. When I tried my first CrossFit class I knew it was going to be different and I was hooked. As a coach, I love having the opportunity to help members achieve their goals and share my love and knowledge of CrossFit.
