With a heavy 10 rep to start, get comfortable holding onto the barbell for an extended period of time. Carrying that over to the metcon, one of the main focuses is (you guessed it) holding onto the barbell. If you’re going to start breaking something up, the toes-to-bar/box jump overs will likely be the smart way to go. Try not to drop the bar too many times, save some energy. Practice holding on and pushing through.
