Clothesline

Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit

Repeating a workout we did a while ago, the idea is simple here: try and do better than last time. If you wonder what your score was, look back at September 26th to look at the whiteboard. Again, same thing as last time. If anything is to be broken up, the box jump overs or toes-to-bar will likely be the best option. As best you can, hold onto that barbell. The work that is most difficult is the work that’s not shown on screen. So don’t blow up on the 2’s, 4’s and 6’s. Be smart and save some energy for the later rounds. Nice and easy, folks.
