Day 4 of Member Appreciation! You all are “Just So” amazing! To thank you you will receive special products from the one and only Andrea Fabry, whose “Just So” product line is great for all athletes! When you come in you can get your goodies!

Today there are TWO ropes, which is a little different. Relatively low impact, nothing crazy on a Thursday, and definitely a chance to practice rope climbs if you have wanted to. 15 rope climbs is no joke, so make each round realistic and doable, but get some practice in if you want! Let’s get it folks!
