10 KB Thruster (5 each arm)
15 sec. seated straddle stretch
15 sec. cobra stretch

60 Situps
30 Handstand pushups
60 Walking lunges
30 Burpees
60 V-ups
30 Pullups
60 Squats
Follow each element with a bike, row, run or jump.
300 meter bike
250 meter row
200 meter run
50 Double unders
