Good news is, that deadlift bar will feel light. Bad news is, that means it’s going to be all the more tempting to blow that first round out of the water. Ideally, those thrusters remain unbroken all 3 rounds, and if anything break on the deadlifts. Heart rate will be an issue because of the thrusters so if you’re not proficient at double unders, today’s the day you get to work on recovering and breathing WHILE you work. Yay!
