Oof. Yeah, OUCH. This one’s gonna hurt today, folks! Which is going to be AWESOME!! The good news is, you get to really reflect on your life decisions on both of those 400 meter runs. Besides that, the pace inside the gym is get-it-done-pacing. The run is where we catch our breath, where we question our whole life, but when we get to the barbell or the pull-up bar, that’s when we shut it off and just go. Contrary to the amount of reps today, this should be a quicker workout, so don’t be afraid to scale to keep that short, fast intensity. Nothin’ better to do on a Wednesday than a good ol firebreather. Happy Hump Day!!
