These are really good videos on some various progressions for working towards a pullup, or improving on the pullups you already have.


Warm-up (No Measure)

2 Rounds

10 meter crab walk

8 step bear box

3 DB manmakers


Testing Chelsea:

5 Pullups

10 Pushups

15 Squats

All done in 30 second or less. If not completed reduce the number of all 3 elements and try again until you’ve found a combination that can be done in 30 seconds or less. There must be a minimum of 1 pullup, 3 pushups and 7 squats.


Chelsea (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats
If you fall behind, continue for the remaining time and get as many rounds as possible.
