Remember “Cement Mixer”? Every 3:00 x 7 Rounds: 400m Run, 12 toes-to-bar. Well now, we’re scaling it up just a bit, making it just SLIGHTLY more difficult, depending on how you look at it. A few more toes-to-bar, along with some added calories on the bike to spike your heart rate. As is the case with any interval workout, the goal is to make the first round the slowest, and to hold onto that idea throughout the remainder of the workout. So pace the first round too much. Take it so easy you think it’s too easy. Then, crush that first time for the next four rounds. Easy.
