At first glance, it seems like the clean and jerks are the meat of this workout. Wrong. They are the cherry on top. You have to do 1,200 meters of running, 150 bar-facing burpees, and 27 rope climbs just to get to the first 21 reps on the barbell. What that means is, everyone’s pace has gotta be aggressive. Because of the 3 team member aspect, that means you’ll get 2 people’s worth of rest, so you want to take full advantrage of said rest, without getting too lost in it. Make your breaths big and plentiful, so you can assume the exact same pace you’ve been holding up until that point. How many clean and jerks can you get? Let’s find out.
