Similar to Thursday’s workout, this one’s a longer one. Time-wise, we’re looking at around a 30 minute workout. If it’s questionable whether or not you can achieve it in 30 minutes or less, scale that weight and/or the reps just a tad. We want to practice breathing through chippers like this, so let’s not let the weight/reps get in the way. Lezz get it.
