Iron Grip CrossFit – CrossFit
Adjusting the speed of the lunges will pay off in the end, with it being entirely dependent on how well the toes to bar are going for you. If the toes to bar are going great, awesome! Pick up the pace on the lunges. If not, pick a nice smooth cadence to allow for some time to actively recover before getting back on the bar. The idea today is strict movement, so if you feel yourself swinging, or using your hips on either the toes to bar or strict press, drop off or drop the bar and rest until you can keep it strict. Small, quick sets are okay, use them.
