A repeat from September 14th, 2018. This workout is yet again all about consistency. The difficult part of this workout is the fact that you actually HAVE enough time to recover, which in a way, sucks. Because of this, there’s little excuse to drop off of your first round pace. Unless that first pace was too fast. So set the standard to something doable the first round, repeatable on the second, and beatable on the third. Let’s see if we can PR this one, folks.
