If you choose to divide this workout up at all, it should be consistent across all 5 of the rounds. What that means is, if you plan on making it unbroken, don’t break. But if you think that by those last 20 of 100 wallballs you’ll probably break, use that breakup strategy for round 1. This will ensure that you’ll move faster in the end as opposed to dying out round 1 and having nothing left by round 5. So break it up if you know you think you’ll need to. Otherwise, hold onto it and make it burn.
