Two things to think about today: transitions and unbroken. If you get off and on the rower fast, you can afford to catch your breath as you’re moving. Because of that, if you pace the row, going unbroken on the thrusters can be achievable. The weight should be light enough that if fresh you could do 15+ reps unbroken. Moving quickly on the barbell and a tad bit slower on the row would be better than too fast on the row and then having to break up the 10 reps. Pace it smart, breathe well, and make it through. Survive another day . . . hopefully.
