Despite the indimitading factor of “5 ROUNDS”, we’re looking at a very short, painful workout. There is only 50 reps of each movement, 100 reps total. Which means it will most definitely burn (luckily for us). So pick a weight that allows you to challenge your grip by forcing you to hold onto it for big sets. Quick singles could be an option, as long as it’s not simply because you couldn’t hold onto it for more than 1 rep. So dial in that technique, hold onto it, and make it burn. Easy money.
