For today, being conservative in the beginning will pay off in the end. Start with a weight you can confidently achieve and increase from there. Try to challenge yourself and make that last set a little more difficult than you might be used to. Holding onto the barbell will be challenging, so set that hook grip in and don’t let go. Control that weight.
