We haven’t had Dumbbell Box Step-Ups in quite a while, which means we get to work on the skill itself, but we can also use it as a chance to catch our breath. Use it as a chance to recover your breathing a little, then go straight into those pull-ups, and get back to that dumbbell. 18 minutes straight of pure fun on a Tuesday, folks!! Nuttin’ better!!
