Similar to Monday, the idea is to pick up the pace a little more each round. So the idea is to start those first two rounds a little more conservative, then ramp it up up a little as you go each time. For the deadlifts, if you’re going to break, break those up more than the push press. It takes much more energy to reset for a push press than it does for a deadlift. So have a plan for your breakup strategy, stick to it, and keep on moving.
