Nothing better than 15 relatively heavy back squats and 144 reps combined of kettlebell swings and wallballs on a Sunday! During that metcon, imagine you’re 8 minutes in of a crap ton of wallballs and kettlebell swings, and start at that pace. You want to leave some energy in the tank for that set of 9, so don’t push it too hard too soon. Be patient, then finish strong. Here’s to another good week, folks!!
