Today’s focus is to keep moving at a constant pace. The box step-ups will be where stopping is most tempting. Focus, try and keep it unbroken. For the bike, push a little harder than you may want to, if only because you can catch your breath on those sit-ups. Pick a weight for the dumbbells that’s challenging but not impossible. Today’s all about finding that deep, dark place where the determined and focused live. Dig deep and hold onto it.
