For time:

800 meter Overhead carry with 45/25# plate
-You may only move forward while the plate is overhead.

– You may put the plate on the ground to rest, but you cannot begin to move forward until the plate has returned to the overhead position.

-Running is allowed and even encouraged.

-Be safe! Don’t go to failure while walking on the street. Put the plate down before it falls down and rolls into the road.
