While the barbell is lighter than Rx DT, the running should more than make up for the weight difference. Again the idea is to push inside the gym, then pace the runs to recover and come right back in and push again. That barbell should feel light at the beginning, so pick a weight that matches that stimulus. That way by the end, it gets REAL heavy. Which’ll be just great. Fantastic. . .
